Whitney Wideman is the Impact Operations Manager at Social Contract, where she leads internal systems optimization and employee experience initiatives. With nearly a decade in long-term care and a background in public health, Whitney blends operational strategy with wellness, equity, and team empowerment. She is the founder of Sunday Grounding, an initiative reconnecting women and people of color with nature. Whitney lives in Newark, Delaware, with her son and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
