Ron Berry

Ron Berry serves as Managing Partner at Social Contract, where he leads the firm’s strategic growth. In 2023, the organization was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies. In 2024, Ron was named a Delaware Business Times CEO of the Year.

With more than 15 years of management experience, he brings expertise in executive leadership, strategic growth, and organizational development. Before joining Social Contract, Ron served as Managing Director at Fireside Partners, a trusted emergency-response provider to the Fortune 50, where he led company operations, managed teams through complex emergency responses, and oversaw the firm’s growth through acquisition and major relocation of corporate headquarters.

Ron earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Wilmington University and an Executive Management Certification in Business Scaling from The Wharton School. He also serves as a Commissioner for the Wilmington Housing Authority, a varsity baseball coach, and a trusted advisor to leaders committed to strengthening organizations and communities.
