Jessica Borcky

Jessica Borcky is the Director of Business Development and Marketing. She brings nearly a decade of experience in public service, including eight years in the Office of Delaware Governor John Carney, where she served as Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff, and held a variety of communications roles. Jessica began her career in campaign politics and worked on a gubernatorial and a congressional campaign. She holds a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Delaware.
