Social Contract was named the recipient of the Excellence in Public Service Award by the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce. The award recognizes an individual or organization that has made a significant and lasting contribution to improving the quality of life for residents of New Castle County.
Social Contract was honored during the Chamber’s Annual Meeting in January 2026, alongside businesses and leaders recognized for exemplary performance and community impact over the previous year.
“To Social Contract, a company that was built to serve. Under leadership of veteran public servants, Social Contract continues to demonstrate a commitment to people, purpose, and measurable impact. And I’m proud to partner with you all,” said Delaware Lieutenant Governor Kyle Evans-Gay, who gave remarks at the event and highlighted the award recipients.
Managing Partners Meghan Wallace and Ronald B. Berry, III noted this recognition reflects the commitment of Social Contract’s staff, the trust of our clients, and the strength of our partnerships. They also shared gratitude for the opportunity to continue supporting public leaders and communities as they turn big ideas into real, measurable impact.
