Drew Fennell

Drew Fennell is a Senior Advisor with Social Contract and provides strategic advice, counseling, and coaching.  Drew previously served  as Executive Vice President of Impact, Operations, and Regional Development at Social Contract. With decades of leadership experience in government, healthcare, and nonprofits, she drove national growth and strategic direction for the firm. A former Chief of Staff to Delaware Governor Jack Markell and SVP at ChristianaCare, Drew is known for her commitment to equity and justice. She serves on several nonprofit boards, and holds a B.A. from the University of Delaware and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School – Camden.
