Allison Haddad

Allison Haddad is a Senior Associate at Social Contract, where she supports projects focused on community violence reduction and public health. With a background in psychology and behavioral neuroscience, Allison brings research-driven insights to initiatives that serve historically underserved communities. Prior to joining Social Contract, she worked in healthcare, managing staffing and HR portfolios. She holds degrees from Virginia Tech and George Mason University and is based in Richmond, Virginia.
