Alisia Nichols

Alisia Nichols is Head of Consulting Services at Social Contract, where she oversees consulting teams, project quality, and client outcomes. Prior to this role, Alisia served as a Director with Social Contract and led collective impact initiatives to prevent community gun violence and drive systems change. With expertise in strategic planning and evaluation, she partners with governments and collaboratives across multiple states. Alisia previously coordinated statewide violence prevention efforts and led gender-based programming in higher education. She holds a Master’s in Adult and Community Education and is near completion of a Master’s in Public Policy at the University of Delaware.
