Accessibility statement

Social Contract is committed to providing a website that is accessible to all users, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to adhere to all applicable standards, including the Web Content Accessibility (WCAG) 2.2 guidelines. Our efforts to maintain these standards are ongoing as accessibility guidelines evolve. Please contact us if you experience difficulty accessing any part of this website or have suggestions on how we can improve accessibility.

WCAG guidelines state that content should follow these four principles:

Perceivable

Information and user interface components must be presented to users in ways they can perceive. One example is providing text alternatives for non-text content.

Operable

User interface components and navigation must be functional for users in ways they can operate. For example, making a website easily navigable with a keyboard or voice controls.

Understandable

End users must be able to understand web page content and functionality information. For example, the website should function predictably and provide clear instructions on how to complete tasks.

Robust

A website’s content must be robust and vigorous enough to be interpreted by a wide range of user agents, such as standard web browsers and assistive technologies.

To support our accessibility goals, we:

  • Strive to make all interactive features accessible by keyboard and screen readers.
  • Regularly test our website using accessibility tools and user feedback.
  • Design pages with semantic HTML and clear navigation.
  • Ensure color contrast and text readability.
  • Use alternative text for images and other non-text content.
